Compassionate Yoga was started by Mary Seibert in 2017. Mary studied and practices Iyengar Yoga for over twenty years. She became certified in Kripalu Yoga.
Kripalu Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that helps stretch, strengthen and balance your body. Mary started Compassionate Yoga with a desire to teach a gentle, soothing form of yoga that is especially beneficial to people new to yoga.
